Craig works with hundreds of insurance and managed-care companies, Medicare, Medicaid in some states, and self-pay. Below is a list of contracted carriers. If a particular insurance is not listed here, readers are encouraged to call our Admissions Department. We are able to make one-time financial arrangements with carriers on an as-needed basis.
